From barren land to an agricultural dream
Initially, Queen Farm faced the challenge of revitalizing 55 hectares of nutrient-poor land in Hamlet 5, Đăng Hà Commune, Bù Đăng District, Bình Phước Province. The soil’s pH was improved through plowing, sun exposure, and lime application, while moisture was preserved using natural vegetation. To optimize irrigation, Queen Farm invested in an Israeli technology system with 75 km of pipelines and two large reservoirs, including a 1.2-hectare pond, ensuring water supply throughout the six-month dry season without exploiting groundwater. This is a testament to our belief that with determination and a love for nature, any land can be revived.

After revitalizing the land, Queen Farm entered the innovation phase, integrating cutting-edge technology. A digital plantation map allows precise management of each tree, tracking growth and yield predictions. IoT systems provide real-time monitoring of soil quality, temperature, and humidity, ensuring optimal conditions. AI-driven analytics enhance farming efficiency, predicting risks such as pests and nutrient deficiencies.
While many farms still rely on manual experience, Queen Farm pioneers smart agriculture standardization, solidifying its leadership and shaping a sustainable future.

Queen Farm nurtures each durian tree using biological methods and organic fertilizers, strictly avoiding chemical pesticides to preserve soil fertility and protect biodiversity. Every care process prioritizes nature conservation and sustainable pest management, laying the foundation for fruitful harvests.
